Following his qualification, Sam took the decision that his future was in a more managerial and business development role.

Clear Law was Sam's first full time role after leaving Sheffield University in 2008. He started his career as a new claims assessor, taking detailed instructions from new clients to assess the merits of their case.

He soon went on to manage the New Claims Team before being offered a Training Contract at Clear Commercial. During this time he ran a full case load of Litigated and pre-litigated personal injury cases and eventually went on to manage one of the RTA teams. He also served some time in the residential conveyancing department.

Following his qualification, Sam took the decision that his future was in a more managerial and business development role.

He was soon asked to establish and manage and generate new business in the Debt Management sector. He did for approximately 2 years before we took the decision to sell this part of the business due to the regulatory changes in this sector.

At the start of 2015 Sam eventually settled in his new role in the Senior Management Team as the company’s first full time Business Development Manager. Through Sam's experience of being a solicitor, he is able to offer more to the business than your typical Business Development Manager, having both technical expertise but also the contacts and knowledge of business development and marketing more generally.

Sam works closely with all departmental heads and the rest of the Senior Management Team to continue to deliver quality work into both the consumer and commercial departments of the business.
