Manisha is a Solicitor who joined Clear Commercial in February 2018 and has experience in a wide range of Commercial Dispute Resolution work for over 14 years. She advises businesses and individuals bringing claims as well as those defending claims.

She is a specialist in Injunctive proceedings including Fraud and Slander/Defamation work having worked on a number of high value cases in this area. She is particularly interested in advising Directors, Shareholders and key personnel in Company and Partnership Disputes, providing clear, concise and cost effective strategies for Dispute Resolution. 

Manisha’s experience comes from working for a busy Legal 500 firm for over 12 years and a sound understanding of all disputes arising from commercial contracts and tort. Manisha is a safe pair of hands when it comes to requiring straightforward advice and looking at alternatives to Court proceedings where possible via Mediation, Arbitration and Adjudication as well as other forms of negotiations.  

She is also very competent in advising on business-to-business Debt Recovery, Property Litigation and Professional Negligence involving accountants, surveyors, other solicitors and barristers.
